Crux Refund Policy

Try before you buy

Crux gives you 40 free recorded hours before you pay anything — that's roughly 60-100 real meetings, enough to genuinely find out whether Crux fits how you work. That's the point of the trial: you shouldn't need a refund because you should already know what you're getting by the time you pay.

The 14-day guarantee

If you do buy a license and it's not for you, we'll refund it — no questions asked — within 14 days of purchase.

To request one, email hello@cruxminutes.com with your order number (or the email you used to buy) and we'll process the refund through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within a few business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

What happens after a refund

Your license key is deactivated once the refund is processed. Any recordings, transcripts, or notes already saved on your Mac are yours to keep — a refund affects your license, not your files.

After 14 days

Past the 14-day window, purchases are final. If you're running into a problem with the app, email hello@cruxminutes.com first — most issues are fixable, and we'd rather help than lose you as a user.
